What is the Embroidery Punching/Digitizing?

Every time you see a shirt with an embroidered company logo or hat with an embroidered sports team emblem, that design was "digitized". Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment. Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitized. Digitizing or punching design is the process of converting artwork such as vector format artwork or scanned artwork (.bmp, tif, etc) into  digital embroidery. This can be done by the use of embroidery digitizing software and a skillful digitizing artist to interpret that particular design.

 

What is your delivery period?

Normally 24 hrs but can also deliver within 12 hours. i do not have a 12 hour rush fee, i have only one price.

How will I receive my digitizing embroidery file?

i will normally send you your digitized embroidery design by email, You can save the file on disc and enjoy superb embroidery results.

Do your designs run well?

I digitize with production in mind. I am check all the possible defects that occur in color changes, trims, densities or as per any of your specification.

What sort of digitizing specializes in?

i specialize in left chest corporate logos, hat logos using the center-out method, Jacket Backs, and also Agbada, Kaftan.
 
How long will it take to get my digitized logo for embroidery?

You will receive the digitizing embroidery file within 24-48 hours.

What is the minimum size requirement of the artwork?

i accept your artwork in any size.
